My skills in baking most of the time depend on the ingredients that I have in my pantry. I tend to look through my numerous cookbooks and find recipes that I have the ingredients for, and ones that aren't to difficult. I prefer cooking to baking. Maybe that is why I like Rachel Ray. I don't have the patients to measure exact, so in cooking I can eyeball things. This is however one of my baking endevours, blueberry coffee cake that I made for a co-workers birthday. It was yummy and very easy. I used frozen blueberries.
